Payment Methods
Only Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted and must be on main renters name while paying at the rental desk.
Visa Debit Cards are accepted only for payment.
Deposit
Only credit cards are accepted for deposit.
A refundable deposit of USD 500 will be held from the credit card until the car is returned. Please check at the rental desk for more information.
Transferable Insurance Coverage
The following insurance type(s) Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Third Party Liability (TPL) is (are) not included.
Supplier (Final Rentals) don't accept any credit card or any third party insurance, however in case if you make any damage to the rented vehicle, supplier (Final Rentals) will charge the damage amount and provide you with the documentation and invoice for you to claim a refund from your own insurance.
Please note that in case of any damage, police report is mandatory and if you fail to provide the police report, the whole damage will be charged to you even if you purchase the insurance.

Excess reduction
Insurance is not mandatory; it’s an optional choice to make your damage excess liability lesser or zero.
In case you want to purchase the Insurance, options are available at the time of pickup and will cost you extra from USD 15 per day to USD 20 per day depending on the vehicle.
Please note that in case of any damage, police report is mandatory and if fail to provide the police report, the whole damage will be charged to the customer even if you purchase the insurance.
Please note that Tyres and Windshield are not covered in this insurance.

Drivers Age
The minimum driver’s age is 25 years and the maximum driver’s age is 70 years.
Driver’s License
Driver must present a full and valid driving license which has been held for a minimum of 1 year with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up.
Domestic driving license issued in the US, Canada and Australia is accepted without an international driving license.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) or a certified translation is mandatory if the driver’s license is not in English/Roman alphabet. International driver license or a certified translation must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
The following documents are mandatory to present at the time of vehicle pick up: Personal ID card or passport, driver's license, valid credit card.
Fees
Airport surcharge of USD 10 will be applicable.
Other fees:
You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines, other penalties, and loss of vehicle keys/documents etc. incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office will pass the relevant charges on to you plus any administrative expenses.
Early Returns/Unused Rental Days
No refunds (partial or full) will be given for rentals ended early including the purchase of ancillary items, late collections, no shows or cancellations made after the rental start date.
Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is available at free of cost in case if it’s not a customer’s fault. If it’s a customer’s fault an additional charge of USD 75 will be applicable. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.
Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel missing fuel will be charged on your return. No refunds are issued for vehicles returned with more fuel than when collected. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.

Tax Rate
Tax is not included in the rental price.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection service to customer’s hotel and address etc. is available for an additional charge of USD 10 per way.
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is not available.
Grace Period
Supplier may allow a grace period for vehicle pick up / return at his own discretion.
Supplier will deny giving you the rental vehicle in case you are not able to rent the vehicle during the grace period.
Additional charges will apply in case you are late to return the vehicle or return the vehicle at the rental desk beyond your drop off time/check in time.

Other Important Points
1. Please be advised that a charge of $150.00 will be added to your contract for dead battery if vehicle lights are left on and any other form of additional service that needs to be done on the vehicle.
2. Vehicles must be returned at the same or agreed location and keys surrendered to Rental employees only, or otherwise instructed by a supervisor on duty. FAILURE TO DO SO, VEHICLE REMAINS ON RENT TO CUSTOMER.
3. Drop Off Instructions: Vehicle should be returned in Car Rental Return parking lot at the airport. Before entering the parking lot, you must collect the parking ticket from the machine to enter the lot. Then you must park the vehicle, leave the ticket and key in vehicle under the driver’s mat. Take a picture of vehicle in the parking spot and send to either contact number provided. Be sure not lock vehicle if the vehicle is locked with key inside, there will be a $50.00 fee to unlock the vehicle.
Note: If parking ticket isn’t left inside the vehicle, there will be charge of $25.00 usd.
4. Please Note: Rental vehicle must be returned at the allotted time received. Renter must also notify the agent when dropping off vehicle. If the vehicle is returned after two hours the renter will be charged for another day’s rental.
5. Whenever possible, use guarded hotel parking lots and avoid driving on unpaved/damaged roads.
6. All accidents must be reported immediately to the police 911 & Finalrentals.
Please note failure to do so will result in the CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) Deductible becoming Null and Void and the Renter will be fully responsible for all damage, also, in the event there is evidence of Negligence or use of Drugs or Alcohol.
7. SMOKE FREE POLICY: Please note that smoking is prohibited in this vehicle.
A $250.00 recovery fee will be applied for vehicles returned with smoke odors.
8. FUEL POLICY: Same to Same, The Renter will receive the vehicle half full/full and when returning the vehicle, it must be half full/full. Failure to do so will result in a $10.00 per gallon fuel fee.
9. There will be a minimum charge of $400.00 for damage or lost keys. Keys must not be taken into water.
10. The Rental Contract and the Insurance is void if the rental car is driven by anyone other than the authorized Renter or additional authorized driver. If the vehicle gets into an accident by an unauthorized driver the renter will be full responsible for damages to the vehicle or issues that arise from the accident.
11. If the vehicle is kept beyond the contract check-in-date it is considered overdue. Whenever a car is considered overdue a report is automatically filled with the Police Authorities.
